Lady Gaga receive a special treatment at the central Taichung government offices in Taiwan earlier today. At the special welcoming ceremony, which was attended by hundreds of people, the singer was presented with a key to Taichung city by the mayor. "On behalf Taichung, I now declare today "Lady Gaga Day, wich also belongs to all of her fans", mayor Jason Hu said.
