That's right Little Monsters, Lady Gaga has been nominated for her first Oscar in the category of 'Original Song' for her single 'Till It Happens To You.' The other nominees are: "Earned It" from Fifty Shades of Grey, "Manta Ray" from Racing Extinction, "Simple Song 3" from Youth, and "Writing's On the Wall" from Spectre.

Gaga and Warren's masterpiece was featured in the sexual assault documentary 'The Hunting Ground' and have receive multiple acclaim by critics and fans, racked up more than 20 million views on VEVO and peaked in the Top 10 on the global iTunes chart. It has also received a nomination for Best Song Written for Visual Media at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards and at the 21st Annual Critics' Choice Awards for Best Original Song.
