Lady Gaga Premieres Her First Las Vegas Residency

Lady Gaga Premieres Her First Las Vegas Residency

Lady Gaga premiered and kicked off the first Enigma show of her brand-new and first-ever Las Vegas residency on Friday night at MGM's Park Teather. In this opportunity, Gaga collaborated with Eli Russel Linnetz who was in charge for stage and visual design, Nicola Formichetti (styling), Boyz Noise (sound design), Richy Jackson (choreography), Michael Bearden (musical director) and more.

The show started with Gaga flying above the crowd like her iconic Super Bowl performance
with her debut single, “Just Dance”, continuing with “Poker Face” and “Love Game”. Then, between magnificent visuals, costume changes, and good live vocals (as always), the simulation experience story contained several of her global hits, as well as deep album cuts that haven’t been performed for many years.
Petga, Artpop's app virtual assistant is also part of the show guiding Gaga and the dancers throughout the entire show but converted in Enigma.

Some of the attendants included music superstar Katy Parry and actor Orlando Bloom, Adam Lambert, actress Regina King, and James Charles. Gaga also hinted during the show that her residency may be extended, saying “I’ll be here for two whole years, three if I’m lucky.” As of now, her Enigma and Jazz & Piano Las Vegas residency continues through until November 9, 2019.
