Lady Gaga took her social media to announce that her forthcoming new sixth studio album 'Chromatica', that was expected to release on April 10th, will be postponed due to the worldwide pandemic COVID-19.

On the message, Gaga said that although she believes in the power of art to heal the world, it's is important for the attention to be focused entirely on helping those in need, and affected in any way from the ongoing global pandemic.

At this time, the album's new release date hasn't been announced yet, however, Gaga assure that 'Chromatica' is still pretty much on the way, with the new 2020 release date to be announced soon.

This would be Gaga's second postponement, due that her current 'Enigma' and 'Jazz & Piano' shows between April 30 to May 15 are on hold as well. However, other shows on May will continue as scheduled. The promotional Chromatica Ball Tour, in support of her new album, will continue as expected as for now.

Gaga also revealed that a secret 'Coachella' set lined-up had been planned before the festival also got postponed to October earlier this year. On the other hand, she has some other fun surprises she's still planning to share coming soon.
