Lady Gaga Named 2017's #1 Female Touring Artist

Lady Gaga's current Joanne World Tour has been named U.S. top-grossing tour of 2017 by a female artist. According to Pollstar and Billboard official boxscore, The Million Reasons' songstress amassed the amount of $85.7 Million in her entire North American leg, visiting 41 cities including Canada. 

The tour has officially surpassed her 2014's ArtRave: The Artpop Ball Tour who grossed $83 million from start to finish, also leaving behind Ariana Grande's $71M Dangerous Woman Tour, Céline Dion's $63.3M Céline residency and Adele's tour with $59 Million. Also, Lady Gaga’s baseball park shows were the most profitable shows including Wrigley Field, Citi Field, Fenway Park and AT&T Park. The concert at Wrigley Filed was the pop star’s highest grossing show, raking in more than $5 million and selling 41,847 tickets, priced from $41-$271.

The upcoming European leg of the Joanne World Tour is set to start on January 14th at Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona, Spain and will finish at Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin, Germany on February 23rd, Before the tour ends, Gaga will have enough time to promote her big-screen debut in the Bradley Cooper 'A Star is Born' film, her two-year Las Vegas residency show at the MGM Park Theatre this late December as well as her upcoming performance at 60th GRAMMY Awards.
